Meet The Owners
Dr. Eric Lizardo & Dr. Paige Hashimoto
Dr. Lizardo and Dr. Hashimoto are a husband and wife team that met in veterinary school and graduated from Tuskegee University. At Beach Boulevard Pet Hospital, they have a deep commitment to treating clients and their cherished pets like family, offering excellent veterinary care and exceptional service. Dr. Lizardo and Dr. Hashimoto are members of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association.
Our Staff
Kathleen Duran
Kathleen has been in the veterinary field for over 20 years and has been working with Dr. Lizardo and Dr. Hashimoto since 2004.
She lives in Rancho Santa Margarita with her husband, two beautiful boys, and two wild rescue kittens named Parker and Misty. Recently, a German Shepherd named Sadie and a Golden Retriever named Ruby were added to her family!

Amanda Patoc
Amanda is an RVT who graduated from the Windward Community College Veterinary Technology program in Oahu, Hawaii, where she was born and raised.
She lives with her two beautiful boys, her fur babies Mowgli, Harry, Stewart & Rosco, and her tortoise, Hamilton. Her special interests are dentistry and anesthesia.

Amanda is certified in Canine and Feline CPR, First Aid, and Companion Animal Laser Therapy.
Oscar Gonzalez
Veterinary Technician
Oscar has been in the animal care profession for over 20 years and has loved every minute of it! He resides in Anaheim with his cat and snakes. He is an avid Star Wars and Disneyland fan!

Marissa Lizardo
Veterinary Assistant
In the veterinary field since: 2019
Marissa graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in the Pre-Veterinary program, earning a degree in Animal Science with a minor in Zoology. She likes hanging with her two cats, Goo and Mochi at home. Marissa enjoys drawing, writing and is fluent in Japanese.
Giovanni Ajanel
Receptionist
Giovanni is currently enrolled at Cal Poly Pomona in the Pre-Veterinary program. Gio has three cats he has adopted, Gizmo, Lucio and Minino.
Maverick Millon
Receptionist
Maverick has graduated from Cal Poly Pamona with a Bachelor’s of Science in Animal Science. He has two fur babies, Axel and Mochi.
Denise Brown
Denise has a large range of abilities. She is a teacher and will speak to our patients as if they are one of her students with love and direction. Denise loves working with animals, traveling and is fluent in French too.
Giselle Green
Giselle is currently attending Cal Poly Pomona with a major in Animal Science. She is also the proud owner of Misty a Bichon Frise.
Anna Estrada
Anna loves her Fur-baby Moli a male Xoloitzcuintli. She has been helping clients and their pets for the past six years and loves helping others.
Lilliana Doan
Lilliana is currently attending Westminster High School. She has many dogs, cats, reptiles and a tortoise at home as well. Lilliana also volunteers at the Wetlands Wildlife Center weekly. Her ultimate goal is to become a Veterinarian.
Mochi
Hospital Mascot
Mochi is the newest member in training.
Kona
Angel Hospital Mascot
Kona supervised patient care at Beach Blvd Pet Hospital from 2004 to 2018. We all LOVE and miss Kona!
Maui
Maui runs the hospital. He steals food on a regular basis and always gets caught! He always is on a diet. He knows when to console clients when needed. He is here 24/7 to supervise your pet’s care!

Dr. Paige Hashimoto
DVM/Practice Owner
Dr. Hashimoto graduated from Tuskegee University and completed her internship at All Care Animal Referral Center. She volunteers at the Wetlands Wildlife Center and enjoys coaching basketball, excercising and scrapbooking.

Dr. Lizardo and Dr. Hashimoto are a husband and wife team that met in veterinary school and graduated from Tuskegee University. Dr. Lizardo completed his internship at All Care Animal Referral Center and has a special interest in surgery. He also enjoys golfing, cycling and music.
