In order to protect our staff, but be there for our patients during this difficult time, we have decided to change our appointment protocol temporarily.

Exams are being done in the hospital without the owner's present. We recommend calling a few days in advance for your appointment. Please call us when you arrive at the hospital from the parking lot.  We will send a technician out to your car. Please have your pet ready on a leash or in a carrier for their safety. The technician will go over the patient’s needs with you. They will also ask for your credit card information at the same time to make your visit as smooth as possible. Please prepare ahead of time. The doctor will call you on your cell, while you wait in your car, (please do not leave) with our treatment plan. Thank you for your patience and understanding in advance.

We will continue to wear masks and gloves while interacting with our patients and clients to keep everyone safe. We still have curbside (valet service) for prescription food and/or medication pickup. You may also order your preventative medications and prescription food on our new online store. All food ships for free!
